Hi. I would firstly like to comment on the correspondence via email with an employee named Carly. Carly’s communication with us was exceptional she was so helpful and very quick to solve an issue which we had with our delivery.
I have to comment that we received two beams. Our first was lost in transit in Belfast. Carly made contact with the courier and when told the item was lost she promptly place another order and had it dispatched. We were very thankful for this.
Much to our surprise we received the two beams a week apart. The second beam was sitting at our back door when we arrived home.
This is where your customer service took a fall. I made contact via email to make aware of the second beam and ask what we can do this said to have it returned.
The email I received was from a different employee. I found her email very abrupt and cheeky. When we were being honest of the second beam arriving and we were happy to help in anyway to get it returned to yourselves. It was more or less to much trouble for this employee.
Although with putting this aside. We have one beautiful beam up and have Christmas stockings hanging from it.
