This beam has transformed our lounge. Excellent customer service; we were kept up to date throughout the process. Delivery within the estimated timescale. Wanting to modernise our outdated 1990s fireplace we chose a 4-foot light oak beam. The beam is heavy and as we are in our 70s we decided to pay for someone to fit it. The contractor found the instructions very clear and easy to follow and put the beam up without any complications. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the beam, the great service and end result.
