I purchased 4 beams and they initially looked amazing in the various rooms where situated. Unfortunately 2 of them warped, and now those 2 look terrible. Although the other 2 do still look amazing. They are all situated above heat (correct me if I am wrong but are they made for this??) so can't understand why 2 warped and 2 didn't. On contacting you to voice my concern, I disappointingly received a very sarcastic email back.
Safe to say I won't use Traditional Beams again!!
