As insurance brokers with over 25 years of experience in the personal lines trade we use Tradex to place our unusual, distressed and/or difficult to place business. This type of relationship has helped us to stay in business, as trying to compete with direct insurers and aggregators on standard personal lines business would be almost impossible. We have known our point of contact, Dave Pointer for many years and the service we receive from him is first class, and unusual in today's climate. It is rare to be able to build up a business relationship with individual underwriters. He views each risk on its own merits (usually demerits!) and quotes accordingly.
