Disappointed - I think the product description should make it clearer that the reach of 3.5 at full extension INCLUDES YOUR ARMS!!!! The pole itself if a FIXED 1.61m - not what I was expecting. It appears fairly well made, although not especially strong - time will tell if it can cope with more than a light trim.
