Overall I'm happy with the toys I've got, they had the best price online and also readily available stock. The delivery was smooth and on time, but the dispatch time took longer than expected. I would say you need to improve your customer service turnaround. There was an issue with the first order I placed so I had to get in touch with you and it took me 40 minutes to get through someone the first time I called you and almost an hour the second time. I was forced to call because you never replied to my emails.
