I placed an order on 9th November and started chasing it a week later. I eventually received all but one of the toys over a month later after emailing weekly. The final toy has still not been received (28th December) and I have now asked for a refund.
Although the customer service team responded to my emails in a timely manner it was me that had to keep chasing the order. If I hadn’t asked them to send me the items they did have I wonder if I would have still been waiting for all the toys!
