Placed an order on 02/11/23 for £115 including delivery for several items. the date given by Toy Street for delivery was in 2-5 days. Nothing was delivered and no communication from Toy Street to advise of any problems. I tried to contact them but the phone line is only manned on certain days. I eventually, after being on hold for 70 minutes, spoke to someone who said items were coming from a different website, and would be with me in 2 days, and to contact again if this didn't happen.
No delivery, so telephoned yet again, (if I ever have to hear their recorded 'fun, fun, fun' message again I will scream) but had to give up when my phone battery died after 75 minutes of waiting. I messaged them and got a pleasant reply, apologising but assuring me that the items were on their way. They were not. I then looked at reviews and saw so many where people had experienced the same delay and non delivery, that I started to get really concerned. Several more messages were sent and received, but all I got was an assurance that these would be delivered sometime in the future. I then cancelled the order, and bought the same items from Amazon, with delivery within 24 hours.
Whether Toy Street would ever have delivered my order I will never know. I am waiting for my refund to be completed. However, if you need something delivered for Christmas, I would suggest either getting an assurance from Toy Street in writing before placing the order, or going elsewhere. I will not ever buy from them again.
