Ordered on 18th November, credit card charged and confirmation of order received and have not heard a word since .
Quote on website "aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving orders" - whilst I didn't expect that having ordered on a Saturday I didn't think I'd still be waiting the following Saturday without any communication. Disappointed ☹️
