No zero stars option so to leave a review you have no choice but to give them 1!! Ordered a gift for my granddaughter over 2 weeks before for her birthday! Paid for delivery which was supposed to be 48hrs tracked! 8 days later my orders still processing?! Rung customer services to be told my item was coming from another warehouse hence it’s not dispatched yet and they’ll receive it that day to dispatch to me for delivery in 2 days time! Parcel was picked up by yodel the next day but did come on the Thursday and was meant to be a signed for delivery? So can’t arrange a safe place to put it! Yodel despite this delivered my parcel but decided to leave outside my door and take a picture and leave! So no signature! Rung customer service’s explained and apparently they have to get me to fill out a parcel delivery dispute form and investigate which can take over 2 weeks and there’s no guarantee of a refund or another parcel being sent? But either way no present for my granddaughter as need it for a weeks time now! When explained to the advisor the attitude was we can’t do anything until this is done sorry!!Company clearly doesn’t care about customers and as a first time one, I will never shop here again!! Avoid,avoid,avoid.!!!!!Save time and money and buy from a reputable company with great customer service and good reviews out weighing the bad by at least 80% to avoid heartache for your loved little ones!!
