If I could give this company zero stars i would. Save yourself any hassle and avoid at all costs!
I ordered a gift and 2 weeks later there was no sign or word of my order. I contacted customer services who guaranteed it would be dispatched at the beginning of the following week, surprise, surprise no word of the order. Contacted customer services for a second time to be told it would take a further week before dispatch, refunded requested and told it would take 12 working days to process the refund. Shambles of a company!
