I ordered 4 boosters of on set and 1 of another checking that many were on the site. I paid for next day delivery. When nothing was delivered I phoned to check it was dispatched to be told there was a listing error and only 1 was in stock so the order was on hold until more came in. It was only because I phoned I found this out. I cancelled the order and got a full refund. When the order was cancelled ToyStreet relisted 4 boosters being in stock again. I emailed to let them know. All I have received back is an automated stock alert email and this invitation to review my completed purchase. Like the parent company Zatu, Toy Street when it works has good pricing and delivery. However there are issues in their databases and customer notifications could be improved. Another example was earlier in the year I messaged Zatu, who usually stocks Heroclix if this product would be stocked and was told no. I’m not sure why this specific set is listed under ToyStreet rather than Zatu. I know of many other players who never realised it or the Future foundation was available due to this and sourced product via other outlets. Hopefully these listing / communication issues can be addressed. I have bought from both Zatu / ToyStreet and would again but am now less confident about doing so for a present where delivery date is for a specific deadline. Although this purchase was personal it was to form part of a live stream. Which is why I cancelled the order rather than wait. Hopefully you have taken this feedback positively and enact change
