I ordered 8 onesies back in October, turn around time was great with me in about two weeks. I opened my delivery to notice one onesie missing. Then started to take out and check the rest. One onesie printing was great really good quality. The rest differed from slightly faded to extremely faded. I contacted customer services to be told personalised items are non returnable. To which I replied “yes if the mistake was on my part but poor quality items are down to the manufacture nothing to do with me”. I have had multiple emails back and fourth mainly me chasing the item for two weeks now. Eventually they asked me to send the items back to them for examination, I did this and they should have arrived Monday but I have still heard nothing. I have messaged twice since to check they received my parcel but no one has confirmed this. On closer inspection when sending back I also noticed a mans onesie printed on a woman’s, so has Claireabella on the hood instead of MrCB, one with printing on the front not attached fully, one the writing on the hood not attached properly in places and a few with small air bubbles under the main print. I don’t normally write on forums but after paying £306 for items that are clearly faulty and fed up of chasing customer services for a response I decided on this occasion I would. So I have no onesie for Xmas eve no money to re purchase them and no end in sight. Great service ..
