Had long delays with power of attorney being prepared but James contacted me to advise on progress. Hold ups caused by outside offices and not Town and Country and he has intervened to hurry completion for us. Attitude on phone very apologetic and concerned so hopefully waiting time will soon be over and problems resolved. Thanks to James for very quick response to delay concerns.
