We set up a couple of family probate trusts with TCL , we found the initial process very helpful having been explained what the trusts were all about etc. The actual setting up of the trusts was a bit of a prolonged process but that was mainly down to the land registry office , due to covid-19 and not TCL. Once completed we received our trust paperwork back and overall we were happy with the service we received from TCL. We were then contacted by TCL and notified about the requirement to register the trusts with HMRC. Initially we were left confused ? but after being contacted by the customer care manager Evonne, any issues or concerns we had were quickly sorted out,and TCL registered our trusts with HMRC in a quick efficient timely manner. Overall we found the process of setting up our trusts to be well handled with good customer services , and would be happy to recommend TCL to others.
