Following my initial review I almost immediately received a telephone call from the MD - James Scotney. He fully updated us on the progress of our commission and it appears all was in order. Wills to be dispatched to us immediately. The Trust Documents still to be ratified by the Land Registry(this may take time as they have a large backlog) however as documents correctly signed and witnessed they were now live. Trust paperwork to follow in due course. The conversation with James has put our minds at rest and restored our faith in our decision to use this company.
