The previous owner of my house had solar panels installed by TCL Solar. I was informed that the panels were not working to full capacity and that I should arrange to have a service/maintenance check carried out. I contacted TCL and spoke to David who was extremely helpful and he explained that there's little or no maintenance required other than having the panels cleaned when needed. He then proceeded to talk me through a checklist and we discovered that my meter was not working correctly. This was due to a previous power cut or surge that I wasn't aware of. I would recommend TCL Solar to anyone, especially those who value a professional and excellent aftercare service. Amazing company even though I wasn't their original customer.
