It’s difficult to add anything more positive than what’s already been stated by many reviewers of all ages and backgrounds. TCL we’re my fourth quote and one of only two companies that actually came out to visit our premises. Simon is a very polite and helpful guy, who has an excellent team behind him. I spoke with David, Simon’s brother over the phone and again excellent interaction. No pressure selling, honest advice and coincidentally they were the best price with the best quality of components fitted. Christian answered by tech questions clearly and accurately which helped me select my system that Simon recommended. What was really reassuring was that all the team were available on the phone rather than some faceless call centre who doesn’t have a clue who you are or what your needs are. The fitting by Liam and Stuart was first class, everything was discussed prior to installation, which was very neat, clean, and all the rubbish was taken away leaving a tidy site. Liam set up my system and explained the app and login to the online system after installation. I have already recommended TCL to my family and friends. They’re a great team.
