Upon delivery of the air fryer, we were disappointed to find the top was damaged. There was a large crack along the side of the top and are worried that it's been dropped, as the box has a crumpled edge, and therefore the workings inside could be damaged. We have tried to contact Tower several times via email as there is no telephone number to be found! We are still awaiting a response!
