Within 3 months of purchase the non-stick coating of both the grill plate and the air fryer drawer was coming off. By 9 months the drawer didn’t always register as being in place so the air fryer wouldn’t work.
Customer services were great and replaced immediately, but that doesn’t alter the fact that the item was really below par and should have lasted longer without problems
