We purchased a Tower mini oven with hot plates at Dunelm in November. When we unwrapped the parts, it was clear that the baking tray handle was broken. I spoke to the Customer Support Team on 4.12.2023 and was advised that the part was not in stock so I asked to be advised when it might be available. I have heard nothing further.
I cannot imagine many quality suppliers would expect their customer to use a grill pan without a handle.
