I purchased an air fryer one basket less than a year ago. Unfortunately no receipt. However the automatic cut of failed when I opened the drawer the machine then went on and smoke started to come out from bottom of machine and flames. I contacted Tower who only directed me back to the shop i purchased it. They took no responsibility for my safety concerns which could have caused a house fire. They took no concern for the fact that I am now left out of pocket and without a machine. Very disapointed in tbe company.
