It's been over 2 months we have been without a microwave we have sent all
relevant documents you required and still waiting for a response I think your
after sails as far as warrantee and customer care is non-existent this is our
second microwave in 3 years from your company we had similar problems
on our first purchase you only have to look back on our dozen and dozens
of email to research this we are old age pensioners and cannot afford to keep
buying microwave I think the way this as been handle is disgusting and will be
leaving these comments on tower reviews warning other potential customers
of the problem we have and think twice before purchasing a TOWER PRODUCTS.
