The machine didn't work no water went through to wash,and in the filter was all brown fluff,very poor was very disappointed as it was a good price, the return was worse. My son had to travel to st Neots as I couldn't carry it 2 shops refused it in the end a petrol station took it why can't you use Hermes who would have collected from house
