Phone lines closed down due to staff WFH. Fine. My support tickets are being closed with no communication, no resolution - no matter how many times I raise the issue.
The issue is that I ordered a fan which arrived damaged. Can you please respond to me at least? Really poor customer service, and substandard product. I have other Tower products and they have been great... so don't know what's going on here.
Will change my customer service ratings once you provide some.
