We found a product that we wanted to purchase, and the ordering process was seamless. Unfortunately due to an error, there was actually no stock available, but the team notified us immediately upon realising, and made a prompt refund and apology. Disappointing that the items weren't available, but excellent customer service in dealing with the issue - I would certainly look to use them again for future purchases based upon the experience
