It was a bit difficult to understand the ordering process. It would be useful to send out templates and better guidance as to what you need to make it all go smoothly. I felt a little at sea. I am used to working in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator but the information necessary was not sent when requested. Otherwise all OK. I would do it differently next time.
