It was SO helpful to have an account manager but mine changed halfway through and gave me slightly different information to the first.
It took a while to get things right. e.g. things weren't changed in some of the proofs that I'd asked to be - but at least I got sent the proofs so that the final thing that went to print was PERFECT.
My client and I were both very happy with the end result.
