Visited the Huddesfield branch last week to try and match our kitchen tiles. The gentleman, think his name was James told us the size of tiles we wanted was nolonger made. We asked to see larger tiles which we could cut down. We could this as the tiles were are at the bottom of the wall next to Aga. He went to check if the tiles we wanted were in stock, he explained he was new to the job. He said they could order a pack but we need only buy one tile. I was very impressed how helpful he was even though we were only buying one large tile. Lots of sales staff don't seem to know the mearing of customer service James certainly does. We wish him every success in his new job.
