I ordered the shoe cabinet. The delivery experience was disappointing. Only one delivery driver instead of two (as advertised). So I was left with a heavy box just inside my front door. Thankfully the item wasn’t fully assembled (as advertised) so once unboxed it was light enough to pick up and move into the house. Before leaving a review, I emailed the delivery team and also phoned and left a VM just to check my understanding around delivery, alas no one replied. However, all that said, the product itself is amazing quality and also a beautiful piece of furniture. The delivery experience still wouldn’t prevent me from ordering again.
