I will be very honest here, I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, but I really loved the wine rack so I checked the reviews on Trustpilot and as they were good I decided to give it a try. Approx. a day later I got a call from a friendly lady who gave me a date and time for the delivery. On the day of the delivery I received a call from the delivery man again extremely friendly and he delivered it within the stated time frame. I only had a minor issue with the item but that was sorted by the customer service team who were very quick to respond and sorted my problem out in no time. I am extremely happy with my purchase and even more happy that customer service was extremely helpful, prompt and understanding with their response. I would 100% purchase from this website again.
