I am sorry to say so far I’m rather disappointed in your service, I received an email yesterday to say my delivery is on the 17th, I responded to say I am away that weekend so won’t be home that day to be told if I refused delivery it would be possibly 2 to 3 weeks wait for my delivery and that I would only receive a text on the day of delivery as notice, in this day and age most people are working and need a little more notice and at least give a few dates delivery to choose from, if delivery is coming from Uttoxeter I am literally 9 miles away, I did ask if I could arrange collection would this be possible but have yet to receive a reply. This is nearly a £1500 order and was going to order more shortly.
