I received a phone call the week before delivery to arrange a delivery date, lady on the phone was very polite. Was told it would be a 7am-3pm window however explained I could not do this due to school run. She said I would get a phone call the day of delivery stating a time slot. Delivery day came and furniture was delivered at 7am, only down side being I did not get a call to pre warn me of this but at least I did not have to wait around all day! However the delivery was quick and guys helped get the furniture into the house. We ordered two wooden bar stools which seem to be off good quality and solid. Overall happy with the Top Furniture experience.
