I purchased a few bits of furniture after reading excellent reviews and hoping I was buying excellent quality oak furniture. Delivery and first customer service was very good. But quality of furniture after opening boxes was a disappointment. The only oak part was top of the chest of drawers. Rest of the materials was cheap wood. All the drawers are fiddly different shapes, same are hard to open. And the stoppers they put behind drawers are already broken after using a few weeks. I wouldn’t buy furniture again from this company.
