We traveled from Lancashire to Uttoxeter and were disappointed that all three items we wished to purchase were not on view. Very polite sales staff. Pleasantly surprised that items were in stock and delivered in three working days. Disappointed that one item (smallest of a nest of tables) was damaged and had to be replaced. Offered a discount if we accepted the damage but Top Furniture seemed a little inflexible in resolving the issue. We have therefore asked for a complete replacement set to be delivered.
