I was generally impressed with the speedy delivery on my order, however, when my order arrived I only received 1 of 2 items that I had purchased. I called to let you know and you despatched my 2nd tin of paint the next day, but this time you send me the wrong paint. I called a second time and again you speedily sent out the correct item. I would have given full stars but I have given 4 - due to correcting the errors swiftly and politely.
