Very difficult to say as I cannot tell whether it has been received or not (there was no tracking number). The parcel was directed to a NZPost address in GB, as Tooled-up didn't allow to send directly to New Zealand. This NZPost branch will forward to NZ, but I have not received confirmation of receipt yet.
If Tooled-up would send directly to NZ, it would be easier to rate highly.
