Good value, arrived quickly (though I've yet to test it). However, when I rang to ask how long the power cord was (as I couldn't find it on the website) they couldn't tell me - they said they couldn't take one out of the box to check. And yet when the box arrived it stated clearly on the front of the box that the cord was 12 meters. Even if they couldn't spot the text on the box (which was not small!) why couldn't they have opened it and measured it? Felt a bit like 'more than my jobs worth' response to my call.
