Paid a whole £1 extra to have the purchase delivered on a specific day, as it was for a birthday present, plus a case of someone being home to take the delivery, and although it was scheduled for the correct day, and I received confirmation of delivery being on that day, it was not actually delivered, and was delivered the following day.
