I ordered an extendible gutter scraper. When it arrived the head attachment was broken and the extendible handle was missing. The head attachment was just partially wrapped in a flimsy piece of cardboard with some shrink wrap around it, so no wonder it got broken. I contacted customer services who said if I provide a photo of the broken part they will issue a full refund. That is fair enough but I needed the item to complete a job on the house before we move. So I asked if they could please send a replacement without delay. The answer I got was "there isn't much point, as if that one got broken then the replacement probably will too". It was in my mind to suggest maybe putting it in a box! The refund was quick and efficient, but what I really needed was the item. Not a good experience. Two stars are for delivery and speed of the refund.
