Really pleased with the service from Tooled Up and pleased with my purchase. The mower is larger and better quality than I was expecting, just have to assemble the handle bar and it's ready to go. Easy to push and adjust the height of cut and has a large grass box. Slight issue with DHL not delivering on the specified day, waited in all day the tracking info disappeared off the DHL site when it was half way to being delivered then at the 6pm got a message to say it would be delivered the next day. The next day again I was able to track it till half way to me then the progress status disappeared again. Worried it was not going to be delivered again I phoned Tooled Up and spoke to a lovely lady who said she would chase them up and get back to me, in the mean time a none DHL vehicle delivered it. The lady called back and I apologised and thanked her. Great service from Tooled Up not so great from DHL.
