Great product at a good price (Makita Cordless Lawnmower DLM 432), great service-arrived as advertised. Unfortunately there was no mulching tool in the mower’s outlet, so I left a message and am still waiting to hear from them...a few days later. Hence one dropped star..will use them again if this is resolved.
