Bought a Makita petrol strimmer, put together and it stopped cutting after 5 mins due to product fault.
Contacted Alan Wadkins and Andy arranged for the faulty unit to be picked up and a replacement sent out in less than a week .
New strimmer works fine , thankyou for excellent service and sorting out the issue speedily with no fuss .
