I had good service from this site buying specialist Dremel tools. I was able to ring the shop ( nice to speak to a human these days) and find out why I was being charged for delivered of a large order. It seems my address was showing up a "non on mainland UK". They explained how to rectify this and the package arrived FOC on Monday. I had ordered late on Friday so the shop and the courier did well
