Bought a Milwaukee drill + charger, prompt despatch, competitive price, packaging was very poor. The items were at the bottom of a flimsy box, topped off with loose, broken pieces of polystyrene, with the whole lot jiggling about inside the box and some damage to the box itself, the latter being an obvious consequence of everything being loose inside the box.
