Excellent service, website quick and easy to navigate to what I wanted. Item delivered within the time stated. My only complaint is that Fedex did not give me a time slot as do many companies. The delivery happened when we were out, however, the Fedex website was easy to use and redelivery was arranged very quickly.
I ordered a Bosch hedge trimmer which has had its first use and I am extremely pleased with its performance.
