Always received products promptly. Had a problem in the past with one of my products so I sent 'To me Love me' an email explaining. They replied promptly and sent me a replacement product. That's what I call a good service which doesn't happen that often these days. Only thing I would say is it would be nice to receive a discount voucher sometimes for being a loyal customer which doesn't happen.
