The item I bought was strong compression but it has no specified level, I found them poor fitting (loose on knees and waist rolled down) and not the feeling of compression I expected. They look really nice, the fabric is lovely and soft. Item returned for refund, I just don't want to risk paying 2 more lots of postage to try another style.
