We had 2 bartenders as one was training. Helena did amazing, you can tell she's been doing this for a while. After the 2nd cocktail people started getting a bit loud, instead of getting cross or shouting, she raised her volume a little bit talked "waffle" about the next drink until everyone hushed. Then she went into the details of what to do to create the cocktail. She also came up with a couple of games for us to play between the cocktails to give themselves some time to clean up in between cocktails. We had a great time and would absolutely use this service again. Thank you
