The service was great and easy to use, everything could be booked and edited on the online portal. The team send reassuring emails to ensure everything was in order. Our cocktail maker was lovely, but I would say she didn’t hold the room enough for a hen do. She was quite quiet and we only knew what was happening next by the people next to her passing the message on. I expected the cocktail maker to hold the room much more - particularly as these events are usually loud and a buzzy. However over all great service
